Shawn and Kelly’s Sneak Peek Engagments! {Abilene, Texas}

Early early Sunday morning, Shawn, Kelly, myself, and trusty assistant Zane (otherwise known as my husband) headed out around Abilene, Texas for their engagement session! Shawn and Kelly are getting married at Erinshire here in Abilene, and so one of the places we wanted to go on our session was there. Let me just say that there is nothing else like it in Abilene! It is such a unique place. For brides wanting a great outdoor wedding and reception site, with a wonderful coordinator who includes and all-inclusive package, you should definitely check out Erinshire. Cadle Family Photos {Abilene, Texas}

I hope that everyone had a wonderful Easter weekend! I had a great weekend myself, and it was so nice to spend the weekend with family. It is always great to be reminded of Christ dying for us, but the fantastic part of his death is that he rose again!! I am so glad that we have a holiday each year to remind us of that joy.

Back to the regularly scheduled programming,:)Jama won a free photo session at the Taste of Homes Cooking Show back in November, and we scheduled these photos just in time for their son’s second birthday. Halli’s Senior Photos! {Abilene, Texas}

The day after I photographed Blair’s senior photos, I photographed Halli’s senior photos! Thanks again, Sara Kate for the referrals!! Halli was also a major trooper. The weather started out perfectly that day… not too hot, not too cold. She had three outfits, a light sweater and jeans, a cute short sleeved top and jeans, and also a spaghetti strap sun dress. Wouldn’t you know that by the time it was time for the sundress, the weather had dropped more than 20 degrees as a cold front blew in, and it was COLD!! Halli just rolled with the punches, though, and we got some great shots still! We just ran back to the car every few minutes to warm back up! Congrats to Halli on her accomplishments of graduating from Abilene Christian High School!!

Blair’s Senior Photos! {Abilene, Texas}

So, a few weeks ago, my phone started ringing like crazy! Apparently, the high school seniors at Abilene Christian High School had a deadline to turn their senior photos in that was fast approaching! Thanks to my senior rep this year, Sara Kate, both Blair and Halli called me up, and I squeezed their sessions in that week! Blair is absolutely gorgeous both inside and out, and I had a blast taking her around town doing her photos. She was really a trooper when it started sprinkling in the middle of her session!! We ran back to the car, chose a new location with some what of an onning to shoot under, and by the time we got there, the rain had stopped, WHEW! Blair was a natural in front of the camera – when I would mention a specific pose, she would know exactly what I was talking about, and even tweak it a bit to show some of her personality. I am so glad she did, because I think we got some awesome photos! Congrats, Blair, on your graduation!!

BlogSite… oh yes!

Welcome to my blogsite! I have now transitioned all information from my old website on to this blog! In the future, when you go to www.photomomentintime.com, you will land here. For information on pricing, FAQ’s, ordering info, or anything else, check out the tool bar at the top of the page.

If you are wanting to look up my wedding, senior, family, etc. portfolio, you can enter that category in the search box at the top of this page, for all of those posts to show up! In addition to that, if you are looking for a specific post, say Stan and Stephanie’s wedding, you can type their first name, search, and voila!

Lastly, if you just don’t like change, or ever need to get back to the old flash website, guess what? It is actually still there. Just go to http://www.photomomentintime.com/index2.php?v=v1 and you will be back! This site will pretty much not be updated but once or twice a year anymore, since all I will need it for now is online proofing for out of town / out of state clients. But, it is still there!
