A few weeks back Jonathan, Meagan, and Meagan’s mom, Debbie, met me out in Buffalo Gap super early in the morning for a sunrise session. We started out in Buffalo Gap, and also went to several downtown locations around Abilene. I can’t wait for their wedding next summer!
A couple of weeks back, I met Michael and Kim super SUPER early for a sunrise engagement session. Yes, I said sunrise. If you know me at all, you know I consider waking up before 9 early, so Kim and Michael, just know that I love you guys!! Truth be told, even though I can’t stand to wake up early, morning sunlight is OH.MY.COW. gorgeous!! I was giddy when the sun first started shining over the mountain out in Buffalo Gap. We actually had a guy in a truck come ask us what we were doing and two people called his cell phone while we were talking asking him if he was checking things out! Gotta love small town, USA. Kim and Michael, I hope you LOVE your engagement images as much as I do. I am so glad you love your canvas and metal print!
Todd and Lauryn traveled to Abilene from Tyler, Texas for their engagement session a couple weeks ago! I am so excited to be shooting their wedding at the Villa di Felicita there in Tyler later this summer! Lauryn had some GREAT props, including a full setup for a picnic under the oak trees out in Buffalo Gap… so fun! It was even better because we had some cousin love time eating at Abuelos after their session! That’s right, Lauryn and my husband Zane are first cousins, and Todd and Lauryn both were so sweet about having to share a nice sit down dinner with us, our two year old, AND one month old at dinner at like 9:00 at night! It was interesting to say the least, but they were great about it, and Brooks is still talking about Todd, and loving the Legos Lauryn brought for him as his big brother present.

Jennifer and Keith passed by A Moment in Time Photography’s booth at the bridal fair a few weeks back. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to meet them, because I was still in the hospital from having baby Cohen!! But, my wonderful husband, and A Moment in Time Photography’s spring intern, Shaylee, were happy to talk with them and give them information about an engagement session. Jennifer and Keith are getting married in Ohio and were just needing some sweet, Southern engagement photos to celebrate their time in the great state of Texas!! I wish you guys all the best!
Todd and Lauryn drove in this last weekend for us to photograph their engagement session! It was an absolute blast to hang out with them and I can’t wait for their wedding in Tyler, Texas at the Villa di Felicita! It is going to be GORGEOUS! Check back later for the full post!
